Quilted history

Here is something to warm the soul on this cold soggy morning.  This is a well used quilt that was found in New Durham at the old Bickford farm in the 1980's in the old barn that was a part of The Foxy Johnny Restaurant.  It was send out to be hand washed and dated.   It is thought to have been made in the late 1920's early 1930's with the oldest fabric in the quilt from the 1890's.  This quilt will be forever taken care of and cherished.
