MAINE QUILT SHOW
Hello friends,
I just got back yesterday from the Maine quilt show in Augusta.
It was inspirational. Can't wait for September 15th!
I took a class from Flavin Glover who is a true color artist in my opinion.
It was very interesting to hear how she begins a quilt.
She showed us her sketches and how they progressed into a completed quilt.
Not sure if I can complete a quilt even half as fabulous as Flavin's.
The ladies I went with are pros at the quilt show/class scene.
How fun they are!
I have nearly completed the 2 1/2" strip club quilt.
Will post here as soon as the border(s) are attached.
