Isn't it great to have sunshine? We have been busy with the shop. It is looking fabulous. Good thing there is no bed and shower or I would be staying there instead of coming home. ;)
We are working towards proper permits etc. with the city so we can plan. Of course there will be paperwork, paperwork and more paperwork with a few hoops to jump through as well before all is completed. The totally optimistic outlook is 3 weeks or so before it will be partly in place. The other not so optimistic time frame is 3-4 months. Thus we can use any prayers or finger crossing than can be offered. We will keep you posted.
Enjoy the good weather and don't forget to get you vitamin D. It helps with keeping that optimistic outlook. LOL
